Harald Plattner was born in Bolzano on 13 March 1974. In 1995 he enrolled at the Fine Arts Academy Cignaroli of Verona where he specialized in sculpture and plastic arts.
In 1997 Harald Plattner moved to the Fine Arts Academy of Florence, where he finally graduated in 2000. In 2018 he joined the South Tyrolian art’s association “Südtiroler Künstlerbund”.
